FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a team-oriented Field Operations Manager for our company near Chattanooga, TN. This position will include daily management of our Field Operations Department, communication with clients, updating and maintaining project files, and scheduling. Job Description

• Oversee the department including recruitment and supervision of employees.
• Support new employees through training and future development.
• Train existing employees on changing processes, procedures and technologies.
• Route and schedule daily assignments.
• Manage fleet-related processes including vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Handle customer concerns promptly, using good judgement.
• Ensure that all communication between various departments and field operations are consistent with goals and objectives.
• Review and monitor expenses to maximize results.

Job Requirements

• Strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring and coaching.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with competing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Management experience with proven leadership skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is very helpful.
• Previous sign industry experience a plus.

• Knowledge of welding and electrical.
