Job Summary

Enterprise Resilience Leader for OneAmerica. Responsible for ensuring that business continuity plans will be effective in the event of a business continuity incident.

• Oversees OneAmerica business continuity program management, tools, templates, and tracking
• Assists IT Infrastructure in identifying and quantifying potential impacts resulting from disruptions and various loss scenarios
• Consults with IT, business and corporate areas to create, update and exercise BC plans
• Maintains BC planning software that incorporates all BC Plans including Business Continuity Management materials (e.g., BIAs, plans, recovery procedures, call lists, test results, etc.) in support of the Enterprise BCM program
• Performs BC plan quality audits
• Works closely with HR and Corporate Communications for enterprise wide communications
• Conducts training and awareness for senior management and employees, including enterprise-wide quarterly notification testing
• Creates reporting for upper management, enterprise risk management, and board of directors
• Updates Business Impact Analysis (“BIA”) and works with business units on response
• Plans and leads annual Business continuity exercise. Manage remediation of results of exercise
• Manages Emergency Communication Committee who is responsible for managing adverse events
• Works with BC representatives at all enterprise office locations
• Participates in BC related user groups and networking functions (MCP, LOMA, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education Level Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience 8+ Yrs
• Experience Required 8 or more years of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP)
