Position Description:

Be part of a growing team in one of the largest technology and business services firms in the world. If you are a highly motivated, energetic, customer focused, and forward thinking leader then we have an opportunity for you as Director of our Service Delivery Management Team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a professional team to ensure program and project delivery requirements and objectives are met
  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives/projects in a large, complex, and very high paced environment.
  • Liaison with Global and Corporate teams to drive continuous IT delivery improvements that results in increased productivity and customer experiences.
  • Establish partnerships with BU to build strong, trusting, collaborative, relationships
  • Ensure delivery towers maintain a clear understanding of client requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Provide oversight and reporting of all BU/customer metrics, including monthly financial overview
  • Chair monthly IT Advisory Board meetings to collaborate on service needs and directions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Proven successful work experience, 8-12 years, supporting IT infrastructure and services delivery in a large, high volume multi-client environment supporting several remote locations.
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to technical, non-technical, and executive levels
  • Strong budget and P&L financial skills
  • Team management skills
  • Must have strong will to work in an extremely challenging environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all customer stakeholders, particularly from a service focus, service quality standpoint
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • ITIL Certification
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
