The MPG Homes Team is a quickly growing real estate team serving home buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a dynamic and growing business. This is not an entry level position. This is a position for an experienced operations director who wants to help build a team from the ground up. We are looking for a committed team member who will grow with the company.
We are looking for an energetic and growth-minded individual to lead our business operations and help take our company to the next level.
Primary areas of responsibility and impact include:
- Risk management and general business planning.
- Systems development and administration
- Drive/track strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals and achieving benchmarks; ensuring accountability.
- Management of financial systems including evaluation, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Assessment and evaluation of information systems including capabilities, needs assessment, recommendations, and implementations.
- Human resource management and planning including recruiting, staffing, training, growth and development, performance management, and general accountability.
- Work process evaluation and improvement.
- General policy and procedure development and administration
Requirements:
-Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
-3 to 5 years related experience in a leadership role in business operations role including finance/accounting, information systems, and human resources.
-Management/supervisory experience required.
-Demonstrated ability to drive/support rapid business growth including systems/process evaluation and implementation.
-Project management.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
-Experience in real estate a plus.
