Oversee the strategic planning, implementation and administration of compensation programs and ensure a competitive position in the marketplace.

  • Lead the design, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation programs, including job evaluations, pay equity analysis, salary structures, variable pay programs and market pricing studies
  • Oversee and manage the administration of the company’s stock plan
  • Lead the annual compensation planning cycles, including annual salary increases, bonus, and long-term incentive processes
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the Compensation Center of Expertise through enhanced technology, processes, and communications
  • Conduct market research and analysis to develop insights and recommendations, including the participation in a variety of salary surveys and the analysis of related data
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with a variety of state and federal compensation-related laws
  • Assist in the preparation of the material for Compensation Committee meetings
  • Consult with Human Resource Business Partners and various levels of management on compensation issues
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of compensation or human resources experience, including experience leading a compensation function.
  • Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
