We are seeking an organized professional to coordinate with third-party detailers and ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements:
Work closely with Project Managers, Document Control personnel, and the scheduler
Coordinate and manage RFIs
Review/understand the scope of work and communicate directly with detailers
Ideal candidates possess:
Extensive knowledge of the AISC Code of Standard Practice
Experienced user of SDS/2 or Tekla Structures
Excellent math aptitude
Problem-solving
Self-motivated
Ability to read blueprints/drawings
Exceptional communications skills
Knowledge of structural steel materials, (W, S, & M shapes, channels, angles, etc.)
Experience:
10 yearsâ experience in the steel detailing/design industry.
