As the Corporate Director – Talent Development, you will create the corporate training strategy, outlining the focus and deliverables to enhance management and leadership skills to build and strengthen leadership. In addition, you will manage the learning platform including evaluation, review and addition of programs and the assignment of programs to the learner. You will work with the HR teams to review and collaborate on the succession plans for each property, engaging with the high potential managers to help identify appropriate learning opportunities and encourage paticipation with development programs. You will collaborate with the property HR Directors to ensure that propriety training materials and programs are regularly updated and used consistently and develop new materials as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Curriculum Development or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of common HR practices, procedures and laws as well as federal and state labor laws. Demonstrated analytical skills, excellent communications in both writing and verbal. Skilled in all aspects of Microsoft office products. You will possess a dynamic, professional and effective training style. Strong attention to detail and follow up skills to identify and resolve problems.
