The Dinerstein Companies is looking for a professional, energetic, sales focused Community Manager to lead our team on a 178-unit A+ lease up development property in Denver, CO. As the Community Manager, this person will be responsible for overall property operations (including lease up preparations) under the direction of the Portfolio Director based in Encinitas, CA. This position has the potential for long term employment and relocation to future development locations with The Dinerstein Companies based on personal and lease up performance.
Required skills:
- 2 years Apartment Management required
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lease up/Development experience preferred
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
- Self-starter with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to hire, train and develop a property team that would include the following roles:
o Service Manager
o Assistant Manager
o Leasing Consultant
o Housekeeper
o Porter
o Maintenance Technician
Experience in the following preferred:
o Microsoft office
