At New Brighton Care Center, the ADON assures total resident care is implemented in all nursing areas, they will comply with established policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. The ADON performs any or all professional nursing duties, and in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the ADON assumes the duties as delegated. Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to residents, families, visitors and fellow employees.
