Assistant Director of Admission and College Counseling Operations

The assistant director of admission and college counseling will assume a critical role within the admission and college counseling office. Reporting to the director of admission and college counseling operations, the assistant director will assist with the day-to-day operations of each office and coordinate all aspects of the campus visit program. As one of a three-member operations team, the assistant director of admission and college counseling operations will provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere to internal and external constituents and have a comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling campus tours and overnight visits for prospective students and college representative visits. Communicates with various internal and external audiences.
  • Manage the flow of work and communications for the admission process including data entry, processing applications and application materials, and processing enrollment contracts
  • Work with the operations team to implement and manage the admission office CRM and serving as a functional lead to the admission directors
  • Assist with the management of the Admission and College Counseling database systems to perform system refreshes and database configurations
  • Assist with the management of all standardized testing for the school including SSAT, SAT, PSAT, PreACT, and AP exams in support of the testing coordinator
  • Participate in the planning and execution of various on-campus programming including Invite Back Weekend, Parents College Weekend, and Opening of School
