Vice President, Technical Business Analyst

Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks a Vice President, Technical Business Analyst in New York, New York

Build systems that are critical to the business and solve problems to meet the ever-changing regulatory environment. Work in an agile environment. Work with stakeholders globally and across divisions, and utilize knowledge of a broad spectrum of assets classes. Analyze business process flows and their impact on technology flows. Translate business requirements into functional technical requirements. Coordinate activities with the Business Analyst team and deliver users stories in an iterative model, liaising with the development team, product owners and other business analysts within the scrum team.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field of study and six (6) years of experience in the position offered or six years as a Consultant, IT Analyst, Test Analyst, or related occupation. Requires six (6) years of experience with Listed & OTC Derivatives. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Agile; User story writing; Regulatory Transaction Reporting; Functional Architecture; SQL; Data Analytics; and Industry standard messaging including FPML and FIX.
