We are currently seeking a Vice President of Technology to work in our Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Chicago office. The Vice President, Technology is responsible for supporting the Company Vision to “BOLDLY Transform the Human Experience” and advance the technological resources and strategy, while serving as a key advisor to the Executive Team as it relates to information technology. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in two distinct technology environments – enterprise wide area network infrastructure and design technology, plus a desire to learn and implement new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT operations and establish strategy of the Information Technology and Design Technology teams
- Establish and maintain a structured training and communication platform for technology updates, modifications, and additions form both an operations and strategic perspective.
- Manage interactions with internal business units to ensure needs and strategic progress are incorporated into direction of technology.
- Develop technology capital and operation budgets and manage budget to actual reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Identify emerging technologies and analyze them for potential integration within the organization.
- Manage the technology merger integration process.
- Oversee the management of third-party service providers, contacts, and software licensing compliance.
- Develop and Support key BIM application and visualization environments (including Revit group of products, Revit Server, Navisworks, and other related applications).
- Ensure business continuity plans are comprehensive and continuously changed and improved with the expansion of business.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with Leadership.
- Enterprise experience should include the planning and management of a multi-office infrastructure, physical and virtual data center systems, voice/video/web collaboration systems, cloud and mobile application platforms, mobile devices, disaster recovery, remote site/home user environments, strategic planning and budgeting.
- Design technology experience should include the planning and management of a BIM-centric environment, strong familiarity with Revit, Revit Server, visualization, sustainability and general design service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Architecture, Design or related field and 10+ years’ experience of Senior Management in Information or Design Technology including data center, wide area networks, and a BIM environment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to have expertise in IT systems and infrastructure and experience with software and hardware platforms such as Deltek Vision and Panzura.
