A phenomenal opportunity exists to join us in the role of a Production and Fleet Logistics Manager at our East Hartford, CT Campus.
This role in the V2500-E5 Program Office will perform a variety of activities in support of IAE production, fleet customers, airframer, Integrated Program Management Team, internal business processes and international trade compliance (ITC).
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Provide effective Propulsion System production planning, management and delivery assurance. Drive alignment and readiness within International Aero Engines, with Party Companies, suppliers and airframer. Ensure Propulsion System Ship-Sets deliver on-time and align with customer and International Trade Compliance requirements.
- Provide logistics support for airframer C-390 aircraft Final Assembly Line.
- Provide robust customer/operator logistics management including Entry-Into-Service material and tooling planning through fulfillment and repair management.
- Ensure continuous improvement of unique airframer & operator C-390/V2500-E5 material ordering and fulfillment processes (e.g. spares parts and tooling)
- Drive automation as fleet size grows, including necessary systems architecture
- Establish and handle an efficient Nacelle material and tooling fulfillment process
- Build and lead all aspects of an efficient customer material return process
- Support airframer Business Alignment process. Drive open airframer issues to closure.
- Support overall Entry-Into-Service planning and readiness process for new customers.
- Provide ITC domain expertise for the C-390.
- Team with the Program Model Manager to effectively manage tasks and budgets.
- Handle the IAE V2500-E5 Product Change Board (PCB) process and maintain the Task Management System.
- Oversee the customer invoicing process ensuring accuracy of invoice content.
- Provide support of Program Office Engineering Change Memo coordination.
- Support coordination efforts for Nacelle suppliers.
- Assist in handling key program meetings (e.g. customer, party company, supplier, internal management) including preplanning, ITC compliance, content formulation, customer and party company coordination.
- Document and track action items and Contract work to closure.
- Support C-390/V2531-E5 Sales Campaigns.
- Approximately 5% travel required, including international travel.
- US Citizenship required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred degrees are Business or Engineering/Technical.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program or Supplier Management, Logistics or technical services is also required.

- Highly organized and inventive individual capable of working independently in setting objectives, planning and driving tasks to completion
- Excellent interpersonal skills
