SHOP MANAGER
We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Shop Manager to track and fix all company equipment. Supervision of 1-3 employees required.
Job Functions:
- Follows up on equipment/tractor trailer moves to and from job sites
- Removes defective parts and fixes them on all equipment
- Fabricates repair parts when necessary
- Maintains inventories anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Maintain record keeping of maintenance performed and parts information
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Work together in team atmosphere with employees, managers, and owners
Job Knowledge:
- Equipment Maintenance knowledge
- Ability to be safe and provide a safe work environment
- Attention to Detail and Organization
- Must be Flexible
- Heavy Equipment knowledge a must
- GED or High School diploma required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Class A or B CDL preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
