Job Description

Seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Coach (SMAC). The SMAC will help with planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and methodologies and project support under the direction of Virginia Department of Taxation management.

Skills Required

  • Agile Development Life-cycle – 9 years REQUIRED
  • Team Foundation Server – 4 years REQUIRED
  • Training in complex IT Tasks – 4 years REQUIRED
  • Development, Documenting, and Implementing iterative Life Cycle standards – 5 years REQUIRED
  • Utilizing TFS reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity – 5 years REQUIRED
  • Experience in Mentoring and Coaching – 4 years REQUIRED
  • Create and Maintain Product /Iteration Backlog using Team Foundation Server – 4 years REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $73,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
