We are seeking one Scrum Master/Agile Coach SMAC. The SMAC will help with planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and methodologies and project support under the direction of management. The SMAC will work in a team environment.
Required Skills:
- Agile development life cycle
- Team Foundation Server
- Experience training staff and introducing complex topic to diverse groups
- Experience developing, documenting and implementing iterative development life cycle standards
- Utilizing TFS reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity
- Experience in Mentoring and coaching multiple teams
- Create and maintain the team Product/ Iteration Backlogs using Team Foundation Server
