    Jamestown Advanced Products is continuing to grow and is in need of a Project Manager that will have the following duties.

    • Direct department operations within company policies and procedures, focusing on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
    • Demonstrate leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
    • Schedule production requirements to satisfy customer demand utilizing and MRP system.
    • Establish production goals and measure performance to expectations.
    • Identify opportunities for improving production flow.
    • Work with engineering to resolve technical issues that result in non-conforming product.
    • Work with other Project Managers to ensure production staff is properly aligned across all departments in order to satisfy customer demand.
