AOTMP is looking for a motivated, energetic, curious, and driven Project Manager working within the Vendor Delivery Team. The Project Manager is responsible for new and ongoing projects, working closely with their team members and clients to ensure satisfaction, creating commitment and confidence. This position ensures that all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track.
The Project Manager submits project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans. The Project Manager owns the department deliverables, and directly impacts company success through customer retention and project fulfillment. Our goal is to consistently exceed the expectations of our Vendor Clients.
What you’ll do:
- Work within our Vendor team to proactively source and scope new external client facing projects, gather requirements, track progress, and ensure value delivery at the highest level
- Update the road map of strategic initiatives to prioritize projects and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Facilitate conversations among stakeholders to make decisions and keep them informed of project progress and decisions
- Manage team priorities in a fast-evolving business, determining concrete next actions and removing roadblocks
- Improve project delivery processes to make the team more efficient and able to continuously deliver results
- Maintain and publish an internal backlog/pipeline of prioritized projects and their potential impact to facilitate strategic planning
- Resolve any open issues/impediments that the team faces during project execution
- Help the team in becoming more efficient by improving processes and communications
Who you are:
- Backed by 3-5 years of experience project management experience
- Familiar with Agile, scrum, and other project management methodologies
- Organized, attentive to detail, and process-oriented
- Able to prioritize across multiple projects
- A naturally curious person who dives deep into any available information to better understand the task at hand
- A well-rounded communicator who can ensure the team explains complex topics clearly and compellingly, whether in person or in writing
- Equipped with strong analytical reasoning skills and experience analyzing scenarios quantitatively
- An empathetic team player who’s driven to help others
