Production Manager

1. Responsible for all production, planning, scheduling and follow through to ensure schedules are met, keeping Plant Manager apprised of any issues with quality and customer service staff information of the status of their jobs in the production plant.

2. Provide Department Heads and Plant Manger with copies of daily schedules.

3. Responsible for creating Job and EPC files for PI’s in DPS. Setting up folders, creating files and staging orders for DPS area.

4. Responsible for ordering of paper and all necessary supplies used by production in any given area and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained by the warehouse.

5. Implementation and transition to T100 computer system throughout the production areas, ensuring operators are trained and data is entered correctly by all production operators

6. Staging of jobs in Flexo department to ensure most efficient flow and operation of work, reducing wash ups and set ups by looking for commonalities between jobs, colors roll size etc. to improve and maximize efficiency.

7. Create and maintain updates to SOP’s for all production positions throughout the production plant.

8. Maintain Nike Spreadsheet with updated schedule dates and production status on a daily basis.

9. Ensure that all necessary materials are staged for all production departments to reduce down time and operators searching for items that should be readily available.
