Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be or become first-Aid/CPR certified
• Must complete the New Mexico Health and Safety Orientation
• Need to be familiar with accounting processes and have general office skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel is needed
• ProCare knowledge helpful
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in an early childhood growth and development setting or one year if you have a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Must be a member of the Church of the Nazarene or become an active member
• Must be able to lead weekly chapel services and be comfortable in front of a group of people

The director must have or obtain; (according to CYFD)

A current Child Development Associate Certificate; (or) an Associate of Arts degree in child development;

2. Or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field;

3. Or a National Administrator Credential (NAC) certification and an approved Early Childhood Education (ECE) course.

Salary:

• $45,000 – $55,000 DOE
