JSB Home Solutions is growing in Columbus! We are looking for an Outside Events Manager to lead team of field representatives in our events-marketing department. Our teams visit local events where we have the opportunity to speak with homeowners about their home improvement needs, then provide information and schedule estimates throughout the area.
The position requires the ability to recruit, hire and train, while providing ongoing coaching and leadership. Managing schedules, holding team members accountable, and insuring goals are met, are a few of the key responsibilities.

- Ability to walk door-to-door and stand for long periods of time

Compensation includes Base Salary + generous commission based on goal attainment.
Qualified candidate must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and provide strong employment references.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
