Duties

We are looking for a Operations Manager Bala Cynwyd,PA to join our team!

Summary –

Responsible for objective analysis, operational insights, forecasting/planning, and the execution of strategic initiatives across the business unit. Defines the future state that will be enabled through technology and process changes. Directly impact the customer experience by driving progress on key initiatives and recommendations.

A typical day will include the following:

Partners with senior leadership across enterprise to identify and prioritize initiatives for the department’s strategic plans.

Leads and facilitates strategic planning sessions and implementation.

Directs targeted training to stakeholders to ensure maximum value is recognized.

Supports maintenance and improvements for business units in resource forecasting, management reporting, functional processes and organizational planning.

Oversees monthly and quarterly reporting of department’s financial performance against budgeted plans.

Negotiates, executes and audits master contracts and SOW’s with vendors.

Develops and presents recommendations and status updates to executive leadership team.

Oversees change management efforts and change requests to identify potential conflicts, calculate risks, track and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

A succesful candidate will have the following-

• Minimum 5 years related industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
