The Ozarks Methodist Manor seeks to fill the position of Marketing Director. This position has been held by an employee who has announced their retirement after 45 years of faithful service—the last 20 being as the Marketing Director. We hope to hire the new Marketing Director in December so that they may work with and learn from this person as much as possible prior to their retirement effective 1/31/20.

The preferred candidate has excellent people skills and relates well with people both one-on-one and in small group settings. Strong work ethic and the desire to help seniors with the transition from their home to the long-term community is a must. Must have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate upcoming events and needs to the remainder of the leadership team.

This position includes a base pay plus commission for cottages and apartment units sold/leased. Income limited only by one’s self-motivation and number of units available, but should expect a higher than average income with good efforts. We also offer the most comprehensive employee benefit package in southwest Missouri among long-term care communities or most other types of business in the area.

While no degree or real estate license is required, prior experience in either long-term care or the housing industry is a plus.
