Sheltering Arms, a premier provider of physical rehabilitation services in Richmond, Virginia, is currently seeking a Manager, Therapy Services to join our team and oversee our outpatient Reynolds and PT Works locations.
Sheltering Arms is a stable and growing company that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist to lead a team of outpatient therapists. You will utilize your clinical and managerial skills, all focused on achieving a high quality of care and maximizing positive treatment outcomes for our patients.
This position offers many opportunities to grow professionally, and you will help mold the position into one that is rewarding both to you and to your clients. In addition to your clinical role, your day-to-day activities will include staffing, managing your team, caseload management, and ensuring compliance with all policies, state and federal regulations, including oversight of clinical documentation. Other exciting features of this position include dedicated doctors, and state-of-the-art technologies.
The selected candidate must be have or be eligible for a Virginia therapy license. At least 2 years experience is required. Previous management experience strongly preferred.
