Your people management responsibilities will include managing routine associate situations while directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates and several managers. You will develop associates and leaders through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning. In addition, you will need to have a direct leadership role in developing team goals and managing them for results while promoting diversity and creating a respectful work environment.

- At least 7 years of operational leadership and project management work experience
- At least 5 years of clinical, health care or information systems management work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a large team
