Scrum Master, 2 years (Preferred)
Bellese Technologies takes pride in having a consistent and effective management approach, using the best of Agile, Kanban, and Scrum practices. We are inspired to follow Spotify’s model of Agile management.
We have helped to drive Agile and user-centric software design change at The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), piggybacking off silicon valley’s “save” of the Affordable Care Act website, and the resultant U.S. Digital Services Playbook. Bellese Technologies is building NewGovTech systems through this revised and modern approach. No more old government systems! Bellese is one of a very short list of consulting firms with the opportunity to develop legislative priorities for CMS using human-centered design and progressive Agile delivery practices.
If you like learning new things, this is a great place to work. We love stretch tasks and cross-functional effort. No pigeon-holes here. Plus, we build good software and help improve the efficiency of our nation’s healthcare system, affecting the lives of millions of the most vulnerable across the U.S. Come explore what it’s like to make a difference with what you do each day.
