Training will be available for new candidates.
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of impact windows and doors
- Solid understanding of estimating and cost control
- Experience with preparing cost estimates for material, labor, glass, and equipment.
- Ability to read plans, specs and N.O.A product approvals
- Perform material takeoffs
- Review contractor bid scope sheets, fill out and submit
- Prepare VE, budget competitive and final estimates
- Extremely organized!
- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking to meet required deadlines!
We work with top manufacturers CGI, PGT, and LAWSON.
Compensation Based on Experience

Salary: $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
