    HR Manager

    Tech Painting Company is looking for the right person to help us find and manage several hundred employees. We have been in business for 32 years in the DC metro area but are now expanding to Richmond, North Carolina, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Jacksonville.

    This position will handle recruiting and qualifying of all new employees plus managing existing employees. You will oversee retention and training programs for all five divisions of the company and work closely with our Benefits Manager and our CFO to create compensation plans and monitor costs.

    The successful candidate must be passionate about people and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Travel will be required to all our different locations.
