Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent sales operations or project management experience in a technology/media company.
- 2 years of experience in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience working in the areas of strategy, operations, process optimization, and go-to-market approach.
- Track record of building, managing, and developing high performing teams and future leaders.
- Understanding of sales, media, and digital advertising platforms. Knowledge of sales systems and tools.
- Ability to lead projects and independently scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales Organization drives success for small and medium businesses across the world. In this role, you’ll report into the Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization, which is a central team responsible for strategy and operations across all GCS programs. RSO leads the design and planning for all programs within GCS. It comprises experts that develop strategy and deliver process improvements. Team members are both analytical and strategic, taking a pragmatic approach to driving high impact.
As Head of Program Design, you’ll work closely with AppDev sales team which in turn works with App Developers across the world. The AppDev business is one of the fastest growing businesses at Google. As stakeholders and team for this position are global, there is some global travel required as part of this role. Additionally, you will manage multiple people.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with leaders on critical strategic and operational projects designed to increase business growth, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and determine insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tools.
- Proactively identify operational excellence and growth opportunities, lead projects, and provide coaching and thought partnership to the team.
- Communicate recommendations to leadership and the broader organization.
