  • Define and support the creation and execution of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with customer and new business models.
  • Manage all customer relations and ensure all contracts are being fulfilled, while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee all ROC activities including monitoring, operations, maintenance, and data analytics.
  • Serve as main liaison to customer via effective and responsive email and phone communication in order to coordinate internal resources, communicate progress to clients, and respond to client questions and comments
  • Drive customer issues and resolutions to maintain and improve relationship between customer and Aggreko.
  • Define KPI, metric definition, and oversee the development and delivery of customer driven daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Work closely to monitor and report metrics of availability, performance and reliability for products, projects and fleet.
  • Define and execute planned and unplanned maintenance as applicable for various projects deployed by Aggreko.
  • Conduct training for operations and maintenance of products and projects deployed by Aggreko in collaboration with Engineering and Operations.
  • Manage the incident management system including issue tracking and resolution.
  • Provide user and operator level feedback to Engineering and Software teams on Aggreko WebUI
  • Define and help execute LTSA for projects involving Aggreko
  • Define standardized O&M structure and template contracts for rental fleet involving Aggreko’s products
  • Design and deliver fleet level metrics and dashboard reporting.
  • Develop the operating guidelines for the Control Room Operators.
  • Oversee the schedule rotations and ensure proper manning of the ROC at all times.
  • Coordinate with customers and schedule all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance visits by Aggreko personnel
  • Travel to project sites to lead field operations and maintenance when required by service agreements.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage AC electrical equipment, battery systems, rotating machinery, and cooling systems is required.
  • Provide feedback to the VP of Operations and Engineering regarding system performance and proposed improvements of installed systems and planned systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business development, logistics and engineering for new installations.
