What is GrazeCart?
GrazeCart is the sister company to Seven Sons Farms and offers a custom developed
website and e-commerce solution built to help farmers sell meat and dairy products
online. Every aspect of the platform has been specifically tailored to meet the unique
needs faced by small farms like ours (Seven Sons).
GrazeCart is growing and we are hiring a ‘Head of Engineering’ to pioneer our
web/technical development needs and innovations.
Here’s the deal. We’re a young company with a small team looking for a dev ninja who
wants to learn fast and build an innovative product. What we lack in VC money,
expensive chairs and free coconut water – we make up for by being genuine and fun
people.
We’ve been at it for 6 years now and we have an established client base so we’re past
the infant stage of our business. We’ve established that there’s a demand and growing
need for our software product which means there’s lots of opportunity ahead of us.
Our belief is that work should make people better, not drain them of their energy. We
encourage people to be real, and let their personality reflect in their work (like this job
post, for example).
Occasionally we work crazy startup hours, but most of the time, we work normal people
hours. We recognize it’s not sustainable, and we’re in this for the long haul.
