- 5 years of experience as a speaker or trainer.
- 3 years of experience as a people manager.
- 2 years of sales experience.

As Head of Faculty, your primary goal will be to manage a global team tasked with delivering a new onboarding experience. Google Sales School faculty develop and enhance sales skills for both new and current Googlers in the Ads Sales organization. You will be singularly focused on ensuring new hires are job ready.
In addition to delivering with consistency and excellence, you and your team will be instrumental in content development, ensuring workshops are interactive and achieve their learning objectives. You will also collaborate with external subject-matter experts to develop and deliver business-critical skills. In these instances, you will serve as a representative of Google, ensuring that all content is directly applicable and situationally relevant to Google sales teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate roughly 90 days of training per year for Google Sales School and emergent opportunities.
- Manage 3 Regional Faculty leads across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Assist in training and upskilling faculty members for these programs by providing coaching and feedback in partnership with program managers.
- Deliver feedback and proactive program design recommendations for each program as we continue to improve upon content and impact.
