The Foreclosure Default Support Manager is responsible for a staff of 5-7 associates as well as several vendors. Accountable for the planning, administrating and managing of all bidding, title ordering, close and bill, and bpo ordering related to Default Support.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing staff development, performance and quality measures to ensure overall performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and daily account reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Monitor and manage foreclosure timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure that foreclosure procedures conducted are in compliance with Mr. Cooper requirements and state and federal guidelines.
- Manages the workflow to ensure equal distribution amongst staff.
- Develop and update status reports on bidding, title orders, close and bill, and bpo orders
- Develop and update policies and procedures as needed
- Complete monthly vendor scorecards and monitor performance. Hold weeky/bi-weekly calls with vendors to go over performance
- Supervises and conducts Human Resources programs for the department including hiring, training, performance evaluation, merit review, employee discipline, compensation, affirmative action and related matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
- 2+ years of recent, residential, mortgage servicing experience as a team manager/supervisor
