Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers, a Community Mental Health Center in South Central Oklahoma, is seeking a Facilities Manager to manage the company properties over a 9 county area. The Facilities Manager will provide maintenance oversight, strategic planning, and vendor management to all company properties. Examples of work performed are:
- Oversee all Lighthouse facilities
- Ensure quality of services in regard to maintenance and construction to improve the look of the agency facilities and maintain a high respect for our visitors, clients, employees, and general public
- Coordinate maintenance and construction projects with Leadership team
- Oversee maintenance staff
- Oversee the purchase and inventory of maintenance and building supplies and equipment.
- Maintains agency vans
- Responsible for inspections of facilities, i.e. fire marshall, state contractors, and funders
- Oversee and respond to after hour emergency maintenance issues
- Work with Leadership team regarding annual maintenance/building budgets and manage within identified budget
- Strategic planning regarding location expansions and management of the fidelity of asset management
Previous facility management experience preferred.
