Seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO and CRM Systems Administrator at our Headquarters in Henderson, NV.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- You are the main point of contact for our Sales and Support Staff.
- Daily reports delivered to management.
- The administrator will support, troubleshoot, and improve our existing processes and integrations as well as help with implementation and testing of new processes as needed.
- Systems Monitoring & Management
- Automated process & workflow performance
- Manage and improve on our marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Etc.)
- Processing, accounting and operations to help maximize our systems.
- Proactive identification and resolution of performance issues
- Manage databases and mine data for Marketing.
- Development of reports/tracking & dashboards for internal users
- Maintenance & monitoring of existing reports & dashboards
- Access and organization
- Administration
- Manage new and departing users
- Managing user roles, profiles & permissions
- Implementing processes & solutions
- Documentation
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned including, but not limited:
- Paid Travel with CEO and Family.
- Personal Responsibilities, watching our dogs when I am away for the day on appointments.
- Must Love Dogs. We have 7 small dogs.
Experience
At least one-year recent Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- 1-2 years internal support experience
Skills
- Salesforce certification (Admin/App developer) is an advantage but not required
- Service-oriented, collaborative disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Microsoft Office: Outlook Email and Excel, Internet Search
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
