A strong marketer and leader to help grow the Opdivo business in Non Small Lung Cancer, to support the launch new of indications in 1L NSCLC. The WW Director will develop and roll-out to all worldwide markets and functions the strategies to win in NSCLC.
This individual will partner with a range of key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to members of the development team, members of the WW access and HEOR organization, the US and other priority market lung leads, the early asset and biomarker teams, and international thought-leaders and investigators. In addition, this individual will ensure brand and company readiness for competitive entrants, and work closely with the matrix team to execute on important milestones.

The WW Director reports to the WW Commercial Lung Lead.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the full 1L NSCLC Launch strategy, including the strategies and plans to support the potential use of Opdivo-based regimens in biomarker-specific populations.
- Prepare the markets with strategies and direction to drive 1L NSCLC uptake amid changes in the landscape and competitive entrants.
- Provide commercial input to optimize the brandâs prescribing information.
- Deliver results in line with product/business plan and company goals.
- Effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends, & competitive response to inform strategic plan which addresses key challenges and capitalizes on prioritized business opportunities.
- Manage OPEX spend and coordination of investments across functions.
- Build and maintain excellent stakeholder networks and relationships internally and externally to develop key insights and advance our business. Place customers at the center in addressing needs and finding business solutions.
- Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and insights.
- Ensure business objectives and practices are fully compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics.
Qualifications:
- MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development, marketing analytics and excellence in execution.
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
- Understanding/ experience of the (Immuno)-oncology marketplace helpful but not required.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
- Candidate should be qualified with Bachelors (Required).
- Candidate should have the ability to speak English.
