岗位职责：
职责一：建立和完善生产管理体系，运营管理团队建设与管理；
组织制订年度经营计划及预算工作；
组织生产数据统计分析，支持产能规划；
生产安全管理，检查安全生产培训开展情况，检查安全规范执行情况；
根据5S管理标准，组织进行现场整理与维护；
关注设备（注塑机、机械手、冲孔焊接机及涂胶机等）的维护保养情况；
支持项目开发阶段工作，支持生产流转场地的规划；
支持项目期间产品数据/工艺/材料/工装/设备等的评审；
职责二：组织生产运营活动，确保生产正常运行及客户供货；
了解生产计划及人员安排情况；
生产现场巡查，协调解决生产过程中出现的问题；
组织进行生产记录，并统计分析，对发现的问题进行汇总、上报；
职责三：组织技术质量分析，推进合格率及生产效率提升；
监控产品质量，对质量异常情况上报；
配合开展质量缺陷分析，组织质量整改；
组织召开各部门会议，协调生产、质量、人员管理等问题；
职责四：持续改进、降本增效，提出生产成本控制、改进建议；
职责五：组织开展公司内外部客户的技术交流；
职责六：完成上级领导交办的其他工作；
Responsibilities 1: Establish and improve the production management system, operation management team construction and management
Organize the formulation of annual business plan and budget work
Organize statistical analysis of production data to support capacity planning
Production safety management, inspection of safety production training, inspection of safety regulations
Organize on-site finishing and maintenance according to 5S management standards
Pay attention to the maintenance of equipment (injection molding machine, robot, punching and welding machine, etc.)
Support project development phase and support the planning of production transfer sites
Support review of product data/process/material/tooling/equipment during the project
Responsibilities 2: Organize production and operation activities to ensure normal production and customer supply
Understand the production plan and staffing situation
Production site inspection and coordination to solve problems in the production process
Organize production records, statistical analysis, and summarize and report problems found
Responsibilities 3: Organize technical quality analysis, promote the pass rate and increase production efficiency
Monitor product quality and report on abnormal quality
Cooperate with quality defect analysis and organize quality rectification
Organize meetings of various departments to coordinate production, quality, personnel management and other issues
Responsibilities 4: Continuous improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and proposal for production cost control and improvement
Responsibilities 5: Organize technical exchanges between internal and external customers
Responsibilities 6: Completing other tasks assigned by superiors
任职要求：
1、可以接受全球轮岗（美国、墨西哥、中国）;
2、本科及以上理工科或管理相关专业；
3、5年以上生产企业相关工作经验，其中至少有3年以上生产管理管理经验，1年以上同等岗位任职工作经验；
4、良好的领导力，良好的组织、沟通、协调能力；
5、具有流利的英语交流能力。

2.Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering or related majors;
3. More than 5 years working experience in production enterprises, at least 3 years of production management experience, more than 1 year working experience in the same position;
4. Good leadership, good organization, communication and coordination skills;
5. Fluent in English communication.
