Memorial Health is associated with KidzLink Daycare Center. Kidzlink is currently searching for a Daycare Program Director.
This position will be responsible for the hiring and supervising of all staff members of KidzLink (Memorial Health’s child daycare center). Provide a center philosophy based on learning and development. Ensure age appropriate learning and recreational activities. Ensure all children’s physical, emotional, social, cognitive and developmental needs are met. Maintain a professional relationship with parents/guardians. Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations regarding childcare. Complete all reports and supply ordering.
Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree (or higher education) in child development or early childhood education or related field of study. 2 years experience in supervising and providing daily care to children in a professional childcare setting. Needs to be customer service focused and have excellent communication skills.
