JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Administrator II – SES – Child Support Case Processing Front Line Manager position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program. This position directly manages a team of 8 operational staff. The incumbent will work with the Service Center Manager to develop, implement and monitor operational plans. Communicate the strategic planning process to team members so that all levels understand the benefits derived from focused strategic initiatives to achieve the top performance for the customers served. Provide the Service Center Manager with recommendations for aligning resources. Determine resource needs and shift available resources to ensure the highest level of productivity. Analyze existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions. Provide leadership and direction to service site team members, lead team based processes in a medium- size site. Function as administrator, coach and advisor to team members. Provide on-the-job training to team members.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
• One year of experience working in the Child Support Program
• Experience in assigning work and/or leading teams
• One year of experience in a position that includes conflict or problem resolution with employees, partners, and the public
• Experience coaching, mentoring, promoting professional development and performance improvement activities
