Capture Manager supporting the Intelligence Business Group. Responsible for managing complex pursuits from identification to proposal. Leads matrixed teams throughout the capture process to ensure opportunities are qualified and differentiated. Develops key business relationships in the government marketplace to include clients and teaming partners, within DIA and INSCOM. Supports the development of individual opportunity win strategies, account plans, technology development plans, and partnering strategies. Ensures that the business development strategy is implemented. Makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy. Leads teams in order to develop and deliver various professional services solutions to include whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify and capture new business.
Qualifications
Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas. Incumbent will have a specialized knowledge in the Defense Intelligence and Military Intelligence market and demonstrated success in capturing new business.
