This role is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our hard working call center representatives.
The essential functions of this position are:
- Build, coach, and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives
- Contribute to the overall success of the Call Center by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process.
- Prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of and monitor progress of trainees.
- Ability to motivate and maintain high morale in self and others.
- Provide Floor Support and On-the-Job Training as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous contact center management experience a plus
- Proven experience at building and developing effective teams
- Excellent coaching and development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive to detail
- Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with a team of diverse personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
