This role is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our hard working call center representatives.

The essential functions of this position are:

  • Build, coach, and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Call Center by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process.
  • Prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of and monitor progress of trainees.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain high morale in self and others.
  • Provide Floor Support and On-the-Job Training as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous contact center management experience a plus
  • Proven experience at building and developing effective teams
  • Excellent coaching and development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive to detail
  • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with a team of diverse personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
