Fidelity Mortgage, Inc. is a mortgage Lender based in Florida and aggressively expanding to other key states. Our production has doubled in the last year and we are looking for the right individuals to continue to expand and prosper from this growth in our Florida office. Our focus and operational systems are all designed around quality INBOUND LEADS and high productivity Realtor/Builder purchase business. Our programs establish growth and maintain strong Realtor/Builder relationships so we built our systems to give our Originators the very best opportunity to succeed.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Team Building, Recruiting, Retention.
• 1 year in the mortgage sales
• Proven leader with strong management and sales skills
• Aggressive leader to manage and train a team of loan originators and processors
• Licensed Loan Officer in the State of Florida
