Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Lead Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: developing shared training and learning materials that apply the principles of lean, agile, and product transformation; working with leaders to develop strategies to convey lean and agile concepts as well as their applications to the product by leveraging training materials including experiential learning tools and presentations; developing product coaching plans; facilitating and coaching quarterly planning events and product teams; educating leaders one-on-one on lean and agile concepts; coordinating with product teams and leaders to align outcome-based deliverables and drive dependency awareness outside of the teams; working closely with partners including scrum masters, product managers, and engineering managers to evaluate product teamâs agile and product progress and to create strategies to address gaps; and working closely with executive leadership to establish agile and product progression strategies for products. This position requires 10% domestic travel.
