Duties: Evaluate portfolios and respective products or programs in order to identify opportunity for improvements around scaling agile and product or program management. Responsible for the education, adoption, and scaling of products and programs by utilizing different frameworks to establish a common understanding across the organization before, during, and after an organizational transformation. Serve as expert on product or program principles and product or program management techniques. Take part in internal and external agile and product or program networks in order to stay current on best practices and strategies. Partner with executive leaders and assist teams in developing strategies to set and achieve agile goals and product vision, planning, and delivery.

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Lead Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: developing shared training and learning materials that apply the principles of lean, agile, and product transformation; working with leaders to develop strategies to convey lean and agile concepts as well as their applications to the product by leveraging training materials including experiential learning tools and presentations; developing product coaching plans; facilitating and coaching quarterly planning events and product teams; educating leaders one-on-one on lean and agile concepts; coordinating with product teams and leaders to align outcome-based deliverables and drive dependency awareness outside of the teams; working closely with partners including scrum masters, product managers, and engineering managers to evaluate product team’s agile and product progress and to create strategies to address gaps; and working closely with executive leadership to establish agile and product progression strategies for products. This position requires 10% domestic travel.
