Worship Director

Stone Creek Church is a newly relaunched church in the northern part of Danville, VA. We are looking for a part-time worship director with the opportunity of becoming full-time quickly. To start the job requirements will be as follows;

1) To lead our congregation in worship on Sundays by playing an instrument and singing

2) To lead and build our praise team

3) To work side-by-side with our pastor in forming the worship service outline a couple weeks in advance

As the job expands, vocal and instrument training will be encouraged as well as extended practice with the team. The main thing is that this person is proficient in playing and singing worship songs. We prefer a pianist but guitarist will be fine.
