- Support violence prevention programs by working independently and developing and leveraging local partnerships
- Provide expertise and guidance on evaluating level of concern and recommending responses to internal and external threats
- Lead threat management strategies for east coast employees
- Identify and implement best practices for security trainings
- Develop core curriculum security training content for enterprise employees
- Use a learning management program to record and track training
- Audit the learning management system to ensure effective use
- Assist trainers in honing their delivery skills
- Facilitate and deliver presentations and trainings
- Manage Train-the-Trainer program
- Manage a portfolio of trainings for each business segment and/or location
- Review training metrics and propose strategic initiatives to increase effectiveness
- Align training content with core Walt Disney Company principles
- Work with stakeholders to identify potential training opportunities
- Partner with Walt Disney World Security, Human Resources and Learning and Development teams as necessary
- 10 years of security-related or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
