The Digital, Operations, and Technology Learning organization has an opening for a highly innovative thought leader to lead the growing technical reskilling curriculum. This technologist will be thoroughly familiar with GT Vision, itâs objectives, scope, stakeholder expectations, and ensures the associated Learning & Development options deliver business value.
Reskilling is a key initiative within the latest GT Vision priorities, with a focus on career empowerment, reinforcement of culture, and enablement of the workforce, to learn and grow in areas such as Software Modernization, Agile, Cloud, and Data. This position will also consult and recommend enhancements for the associated training, recommended learning, and programs like the Software Engineering Learning Journey, Software Engineering Program (SEP), and Emerging Pipeline Talent programs in place to support the priorities.
This role will lead curriculum prioritization agreement between key stakeholders, the Advancing You Workforce Strategy team, and the Learning & Development program teams. Responsible for bringing stakeholders together and ultimately defining required curriculum components for various types of reskilling – whether independent study, part-time programs or full time intensive. Work with partners to curate curricula to meet business needs. Prioritizes key needs based on the business value and associated risks, partnering with the program management team to manage development against milestones and backlog of work throughout the curriculum life-cycle to ensure success of the overall offering. Designs, develops, and facilitates training as needed.

Required Skills
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in technology, financial services, HR, L&D, education or similar
- 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex projects
- 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering (Java or Python preferred)
