The Vice President, Human Resources reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for leading initiatives that help to position talent as a strategic differentiator for SAIC. This role will lead multiple functional areas within the Human Resources organization and will work closely with leaders across the enterprise to solve complex business challenges through people-related solutions. She/he will leverage strong business and functional acumen to serve as an influential advisor, subject-matter expert, and change agent in supporting transformation at scale to help enable the growth of our business. This role will service as a key leader on the Human Resources senior leadership team and will support the transformation to an innovative, agile and strategically aligned Human Resources function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of human resources-related experience, including 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

High degree of expertise and experience in all HR functional areas and in leading design and delivery of strategic human resources solutions and large-scale transformational efforts.
Extensive prior experience in successfully introducing and implementing enterprise-wide processes, best practices and operational change initiatives.

Proven track record of successfully, collaborating with and influencing senior management and peers to support growth and financial results.

Skill in resolving complex problems impacting people, process and program issues. Positive projection of executive presence through communications and presentations.
