Responsibilities:
Bozzuto is seeking an experienced digital leader to define and implement innovative and highly effective digital marketing technology strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving performance, optimizing return on investment, and training and developing team members. Relevant experience driving customer acquisition and retention strategies across industries is essential. The VP of Digital Strategy will lead a team of dedicated specialists.
As the Vice President of Digital Strategy, your primary responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the SVP of Marketing and executive team to create digital marketing strategies and tactics with a significant focus on B2C to support the Property Management division.
- Build, manage and analyze the digital marketing strategy, martech platforms, and the daily efforts that drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee conversion rate optimization and A/B testing framework.
- Maximize the ROI for digital efforts and provide metric and status reports for defined digital activities.
- Lead, inspire, mentor and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Own and manage the lifecycle of Bozzuto.com from the use of technology, customer experience approach and to maximize effectiveness as a customer acquisition platform.
- Strategic oversight of all (250+) community websites to include the launch of new websites, enhancements, and standards.
- Understand and optimize the customer funnel from acquisition to becoming a resident.
- Develop and drive SEM / SEO, mobile, web, content, and social media strategy.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners and agencies to ensure the proper implementation of digital marketing platforms.
- Analyze customer acquisition trends through our BI and Google Analytics dashboards, and consider external industry factors.
- Establish budgets and success metrics for digital media, supporting platforms and development.
- Serve as an in-house expert and lead educator on new interactive developments – set, communicate and train employees on Bozzuto’s digital marketing approach.
What You Bring to Us:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA viewed favorably
- 8+ years of digital marketing leadership experience required
- Strong/diverse digital marketing experience required; email marketing, social media, mobile, paid and organic search, website management and other online marketing
- Proven experience developing and launching a major website
- Experience building client relationships and managing a digital team
- Track record of responsible and effective budget management
- Proficiency in established content strategy through social media, video, blogs etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Microsoft BI, working with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics and DataStudio
