Software transaction experience:
- Prior experience at software/technology focused investment banking firm as Associate and/or Vice President
- Significant M&A transaction experience including buy-side and sell-side transactions to growth stage enterprise software companies, preferably involving strategic acquirers
- Debt and equity financing transaction experience preferably involving tier 1 software lenders and private equity firms
- Sector focus areas: Enterprise SaaS, Engineering Software, Fintech, Healthcare Tech, Life Sciences Software
Qualifications:
- VP or rising VP at a reputable boutique or bulge bracket
- Strong character with ability to lead analysts and associates (the junior team)
Project manager skillset, liaison person between the MDs and the junior team

Salary: $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year
