Job Responsibilities:
- Sales productivity and profit for assigned inventory
- Hiring, training, leading, managing and directing the sales team and processes to achieve sales goals and department profitability
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals for each sales person, projecting expected sales volume and profits for existing customers, new and conquest accounts to meet corporate goals
- Manage Used Inventory age and supply
- Direct both wholesale and retail efforts
- Facilitates dealership trades including pricing and disposition strategy of units
- Maintain sales volume and selling margins by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic and industry indicators and competition
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Comfortable working with and speaking to large groups of people
- Strong presentation skills and high ethical standards
- Directly supervise 10+ employees
